Rick Geffken is a popular speaker on historical topics and has appeared at dozens of historical societies and libraries throughout New Jersey. His Hidden History of Monmouth County, co-authored by Muriel J. Smith, is an eclectic combination of stories about Monmouth County people and places. The book was recently published by Arcadia Publishing.

Saturday, June 29  - Burlington Township, Burlington County Historic West Hill Manor  220th Anniversary Historic West Hill Manor will celebrate its 220th Anniversary on Saturday from 12:00 noon - 4:00 pm.  Talk to Colonial soldiers about their life on the march and in battle. Learn to make your own ice cream and how to use a spinning wheel. The kids will enjoy our new Toy Room and play with toys from the past. Our handmade dollhouse will also be on display. At 3:00 pm, there will be a special presentation on Freemasonry and The Underground Railroad.  Admission is $10 per adult and $5 per child under 12.
