All equipment provided; a limited number of canoes available. Cost: $15 per boat for 1-3 people for 2 hours of canoeing (cash or check only). Rental Available from 10:00 AM-3:00 PM. 41st Annual Juried Art Exhibition January 18, 2020 – March 15, 2020 Opening Reception and Awards Ceremony : Saturday, January 18th, 2020 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm Museum Statement: Since the Annual Juried Art Exhibition was founded by the Monmouth County Arts Council in 1979, the exhibition has been presented at the Monmouth Museum. In 2011 the Monmouth Museum assumed complete sponsorship of the exhibition. The same year, the museum expanded the call for entries to be international. As a result, the Annual Juried Art Exhibition has become a refreshing representation of creative talent from around the world. Alongside local New Jersey artists, the Annual Juried Art Exhibition has included artists from Japan, Russia, Lithuania, Israel, and Germany. This year, the Monmouth Museum presents the 41st Annual Juried Art Exhibition. Daytime Owl Prowl Thompson Pk Estate Grounds Parking Lot 805 Newman Springs Road, Lincroft, NJ 07738 Sat, Feb 29, 2020,  9:00 AM-3:00 PM (adults) Have you ever seen an owl in the wild? Join a Park System Naturalist as we search for local owls. Owls are very active at night but can often be observed roosting during the day. We will take a mini-bus and hike a few trails looking for these wonderful and mysterious raptors. Wear suitable boots and dress for the weather. Bring a snack or lunch and something to drink. Adventures include cross-country skiing, archery and a treasure hunt. Shake off that cabin fever and get outside this winter, as you gain self awareness, confidence and the joy of giving and receiving support to your fellow women-kind. Cross-Country Ski Experience Thompson Pk Ski Hut 805 Newman Springs Road, Lincroft, NJ 07738 Sat, Jan 25, 2020, 10:00 AM-12:00 PM (adults) Get outside this winter and experience the Olympic sport of cross-country skiing. Our Outdoor Adventures staff will guide you through everything you need to know to get you gliding on the snow like a pro. This program will run with or without snow.
