Wednesday, September 11 – Essex County       WW2 History Book Club  • Presentation:  Mr. Sydney Levit, veteran survivor of the Battle of the Bulge • Where: Millburn Library, Millburn, N.J. • When:  September 11, 2019 • Time:  7:00 P.M.     Service in WW2:  As a  Paratrooper in the 17th Airborne Division of the U.S. Army , Mr. Levit fought to liberate the French people while under the command of General George Patton. He endured various European campaigns while earning two Bronze Stars and a Purple Heart.
