Thursday, May 2 – Essex County No One Remembers Alone: Memory, Migration, and the Making of an American Family 12:00pm to 2:00 p.m. at Temple B'Nai Jeshurun; 1025 South Orange Avenue, Short Hills     Please join the Millburn-Short Hills Historical Society and Congregation B'Nai Jeshurun on Thursday, May 2, 2019, from noon to 2:00 pm, for a very speical program: NO ONE REMEMBERS ALONE: Memory, Migration, and the Making of an American Family      Beginning with the story of two young lovers, Abram and Sophie, who fled Czarist Russia following the failed revolution of 1905, speaker Patricia Klindienst recreates the migration story of an entire family of Russian Jews and details their ties to Millburn/Short Hills through archival photographs, documents, and postcards.
