Adult Gingerbread House Workshop Friday, December 13 Enjoy cocktails & decorate a gingerbread house! Come out for a relaxing evening, and leave some of your holiday stress behind and indulge your creative inner child to your heart's content! We provide the assembled gingerbread house, icing and all of the candy you could ever want to create your dream house come true!  Also, wear your best Ugly Sweater and win a prize!! We’ll play some holiday music too while you enjoy wine, beer and light snacks. Sunday, December 8 – Union County 1:30 to 4:00   “Gingerbread Sunday” Miller-Cory House Museum  614 Mountain Avenue, Westfield Spicy sweet gingerbread is a special part of the holiday season. The museum's program will celebrate this treat! Children will make a decorative, nonedible gingerbread house and one additional craft to take home and will hear "gingery" stories .  Light refreshments will be served. Members of the Cooking Committee will also prepare early American recipes using ginger over the open hearth.  Suggested age: 3 (with assistance for crafts) through elementary school. $5 per child; accompanying adults free. Advance reservations are required and are being accepted through December 4; call 908-232-1776 or email  millercorymuseum@gmail.com .
