Canoe Rentals at Thompson Park Thompson Park, Marlu Lake 805 Newman Springs Rd, Lincroft, NJ 07738 Saturday and Sunday,  August 29 & August 30 , 2020, 10:00 AM-3:00 PM (ages 3 and up, under 18 with adult) Rent a canoe for a relaxing paddle on Marlu Lake. All equipment provided; a limited number of canoes available. Cost: $15 per boat for 1-3 people for 2 hours of canoeing (cash or check only). Rental Available from 10:00 AM-3:00 PM. All rentals must be returned by 3:00 PM.

Join a Park System Naturalist as we learn to identify common wild edibles, their medicinal properties, and the uses of a number of other common plants that can be found right here in Monmouth County. Come for an hour or two, alone or with friends, and let your creative juices flow. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Leave your piece with us and we will have it fired in about a week. Join a Park System Naturalist as we search for local owls. Owls are very active at night but can often be observed roosting during the day. We will take a mini-bus and hike a few trails looking for these wonderful and mysterious raptors. Wear suitable boots and dress for the weather. Bring a snack or lunch and something to drink. Seating is limited, so register early. One Session $30.00 Per Person
