Allaire Opening Day Saturday, June 27, 2020 at 11 AM – 4 PM The Historic Village at Allaire Allaire State Park 4263 Atlantic Avenue, Wall, New Jersey 07727 Opening Weekend is Announced!!! We are firing up the forge, getting our tools ready, and opening our windows to bring our Village back to life! Come and visit starting on June 27th! We are so excited to welcome you back to #1830's life here at the Village! Admission will be required for entry and access to our historic buildings! Here, you will be able to stroll through and join our Villagers in tours, sights and sounds of life at the Howell Iron Works! Curbside shopping and pickup with our friends at the Allaire General Store for a lasting souvenir of your trip back in time, learn a new skill from one of our Villagers and Guildspeople! Saturday, October 12 – Bergen County The Pascack Historical Society invites you to the  GRAND REOPENING of the newly redesigned John C. Storms Museum 19 Ridge Avenue, Park Ridge, N.J. Saturday, October 12 from 1-4 p.m. Ribbon cutting at 2 p.m. Everyone is welcome The Pascack Historical Society’s museum has been renovated to better tell the story of our Pascack Valley. Beginning in the Lenape Indian days, experience the colonial era, Victorian period, and early 20 th  century through thousands of artifacts in redesigned exhibits. The grand reopening will feature: ·        Cake and light refreshments ·        Museum tours all afternoon ·        Artifacts never before on exhibit ·        A new section on the colonial era ·        Ask the Answer Girl—live!

Morris County - Madison - National Museum Day @ Museum of Early Trades and Crafts

Saturday, September 21 – Morris County  Smithsonian Museum Day and Grand Opening of Our Newly Renovated Children's Multi-purpose Room at the Museum of Early Trades and Crafts 10am - 4pm Admission by donation     METC is participating in Smithsonian Magazine’s National Museum Day, offering free admission to all Museum Day ticket holders. Tickets will be available for the public to download beginning August 15, 2019, at  www.smithsonianmag.com/museumday. As part of the celebration, bring the whole family for the grand re-opening and dedication of the Children's Multi-purpose Room. Ribbon cutting ceremony is at 2pm! 9 Main Street, Madison
