Sunday, November 17 – Somerset County 91-Year-Old Author Celebrates the 20 th Anniversary of Publication The Somerset County Historical Society is pleased to announce a special celebration and history talk on Sunday, November 17, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. at the Bradley Gardens Community Church, 124 Old York Road, Bridgewater, NJ. Mrs. Rita Jordan, one of the society’s oldest active members, will share updates to her history of the Bradley Gardens community via a slide presentation. Her book, originally published 20 years ago, has been a labor of love for this longtime community resident. She will share new information about William Bradley and the adventure of being a writer. Sales of her book recently took an upswing when a closed Facebook group, The Bradley Crew, composed of people who grew up in Bradley Gardens, discovered it. Doors open at 1:30.
