Sunday, January 20 – Mercer County GSWS – Painting Demo Fabulous Florals from Still Life Painting Demonstration by Marilyn Rose at Ellarslie, the City Museum of Trenton Sunday, January 20, 2019 1:30 – 3:30 pm Marilyn Rose creates dynamic paintings which seem to paint themselves, emphasizing color-mixing, shape-making, and loose brushwork to create strong, vibrant watercolors. She will demonstrate her fresh and loose approach to painting from still life. As she paints, she will discuss how she uses observational skills to group element, see the bigger picture, and create a successful composition. Marilyn Rose is an award-winning watercolor artist and signature member of the Garden State Watercolor Society, New Jersey Watercolor Society, northeast Watercolor Society, and the Catharine Lorillard Wolfe Art Club.
