Wednesday, March 6 – Union County Westfield Historical Society’s March First Wednesday Luncheon – The Decennial Process of Federal Redistricting As part of the Westfield Historical Society’s First Wednesday Luncheon series, Dr. John Lesher will be speaking on the topic of The Decennial Process of Federal Redistricting on March 6, 2019. The event will begin with check-in at 11:45 am at the Echo Lake Country Club, located at 515 Springfield Avenue, Westfield. Dr. Lesher will explain the Federal Redistricting process which takes place every ten years in the United States.
