Considered a most eligible bachelor, The Saturday Evening Post described Robert B. Meyner as ''The Glamorous Governor of New Jersey'' in 1957, the same year he married Helen Day Stevenson. Morven Docent Dr. Joe Wroblewski presents a closer look at one of Morven’s residents who rose to national prominence during his two terms as Governor in the 1950s and early 60s.

Spread a blanket out on the grass. Bring a camp chair and enjoy a picnic supper. Dance barefooted in the sand.
