Mercer County - Hopewell - Historical Watercolors: Hopewell Valley and Beyond

The Hopewell Valley Historical Society and the Hopewell Museum's Joint Program Committee announce Historical Watercolors: Hopewell Valley and Beyond
Wednesday, February 27th at 7:00PM

Hopewell Branch Mercer County Library
245 Pennington-Titusville Road
Pennington NJ 08534

In collaboration with the Hopewell Branch Library, Jacquelyn Pillsbury will share watercolors created by her late mother-in-law, Joyce Enoch Pillsbury. Joyce resided in Ewing, NJ for over 60 years. While her artistic talents were diverse, Joyce's watercolors of quirky local scenes, including barns, historic buildings, industrial sites, nature scenes, and urban buildings represent a unique perspective of Mercer County.

Stop in the Community Room during the month of February to see some of the watercolors that Joyce painted. These pieces were donated by Jacquelyn to HVHS and the Ewing Township Historic Preservation Society. We thank ETHPS for their generosity in loaning us the artwork for the program.
