Parade registration is FREE, kids 16 & under MUST be accompanied by an adult. Check-in begins at 10AM '€“ Huddy Park, 301 Shore Dr. Highlands, NJ 07732 Come to Huddy Park dressed in your most ghoulish Zombie Attire. Make-up artists will be available at 10AM in Huddy Park to complete your transformation! (Optional purchase, see below) The parade begins promptly at 2PM. Immediately following the parade, there will be a costume contest at Veterans Park with CASH prizes! You must be registered to be judged. Prizes in various categories EVENT OPTIONS: ' Package # 1 - $20.00 Freshly Dead (no latex) ' Package # 2 - $35.00 Mostly Dead (some latex) ' Package # 3 - $50 Very Dead (lots of latex)
