Essex County - Cedar Grove - Cedar Grove Historical Society Celebrate Their Fiftieth Anniversary

    Please join the Cedar Grove Historical Society as they celebrate their Fiftieth Anniversary. The first meeting of the society was held in November 1958 in the home of its founder, F. Leslie Jacobus. 

    The celebration will be held on Wednesday, October 24, 2018, at the Cedar Grove Public Library, 1 Municipal Court, Cedar Grove, starting at 7:30 p.m. Jean Jaeger will present a short PowerPoint program on the history of the Society and also show a nineteen-minute video reproduction of a film made in 1958 depicting the town in that year. Photographs of old Cedar Grove and artifacts from the Morgan Museum will be on display. Refreshments will be served.
