Monmouth County - Middletown - "The Development of the Women's Suffrage Movement"

Monday, September 16 – Monmouth County

    On Monday, September 16, 2019, at 7:00 pm the Middletown Township Historical Society will present "The Development of the Women's Suffrage Movement." 

Independent historian and author Brian Armstrong will recount the events that resulted in the 19th Amendment, which granted women the right to vote. Key players and organizations of the movement will be highlighted.  

   The event will begin at 7:00 pm at the Middletown Township Public Library at 55 New Monmouth Road on Monday, September 16, 2019 in the Community Room. All are welcome free of charge. Information may be found at https://www.MiddletownNJHistory.orgor https://www.facebook.com/MiddletownHistory
