Morristown, NJ – Morristown National Historical Park (NHP) is pleased to welcome Dr. Richard Veit as he discusses recent archaeological work at the Fort Hill section of Morristown NHP’s Jockey Hollow. During the summer of 2017, and again in 2018, Dr. Veit directed a team of students, volunteers, and other archaeologists as they explored the area deep in the forest of Jockey Hollow. The Fort Hill site is one of the last areas in Jockey Hollow to be systematically excavated and studied.
