  An informative talk on the history of child welfare in the United States, from the orphan trains of the 1850s to today. Learn how the Family Court handles these cases today and how concerned citizens can help displaced children by speaking up for them in court. 
Led by staff from CASA, a non-profit that trains community volunteers to advocate for children.
