See the above flyer to learn how YOUR society can borrow the 19th Amendment flyer for two weeks.
To mark the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment which granted women the right to vote, the Alice Paul Institute, with support from the Camden Historical Society, has created a traveling banner exhibit titled “Marketing the Movement: How Women Won the Right to Vote”. The exhibit tells the story of the radical tactics American suffragists used to market their cause. It also highlights specific events that happened in New Jersey and showcases five important New Jersey suffragists.
The exhibit consists of 6 retractable vinyl banners (33.5” X 80”) which can be set up in a wide range of configurations depending on display space size and is available starting February 2020 at no charge for organizations to borrow for two-week periods. See attached flier for the details.
